The inspirational power of the PPPL

While a sudden thunderstorm may have cut short the Hooding ceremony on Monday evening, the weather was perfect on Tuesday for the 892 advanced-degree candidates who were awarded their degrees and recognized before a crowd of 10,000 students and guests.

Lee named next provost
David S. Lee, professor of economics and public affairs and the director of the Industrial Relations Section, will become provost effective July 1. Lee joined the University in 2007 as a member of the Department of Economics and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
