Li awarded Marshall Scholarship

marshallSenior Dixon Li has been named a 2014 Marshall Scholar, and will receive a scholarship covering the cost of graduate study and living at a British university of the recipient’s choice for up to two years. Li, an English major from Sandy, Utah, plans to study at Queen Mary University of London and the University of Cambridge.

Meningitis B vaccine being considered for use

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is preparing to recommend that all undergraduate students (those who live in dormitories or off campus), graduate students who live in dormitories and members of the University community with certain medical conditions receive a vaccine that helps protect against meningococcal disease caused by serogroup B.
